Due to the large youth marches to celebrate the national holiday of October 28, tomorrow (Wednesday), will take place in all municipalities of Attica, exceptional traffic arrangements, to phase out the marketing of vehicles from 10:00 and a ban on staging and their parking from 06:00, depending on the prevailing traffic conditions and until the end of events.
Specifically, according to a police statement, the Municipalities of Athens and Piraeus the movement of vehicles in the following roads and highways, will be interrupted as follows:
Municipality of Athens (central parade) from 07:00 until the end of the parade:
- L. B. Amalia, throughout its length.
- University, throughout its length, and in that vertical to the first parallel path.
- L. B. Wisdom, in both traffic flows, the section between Panepistimiou and Sekeri.
Church Saint Dionysius Areopagitou (thanksgiving), from 06:00 until the end of events.
- Skoufa, throughout its length, and in that vertical to the first parallel path.
- Lycabettus, throughout its length.
- Solon, in the section of between Kanari Street and Sina.
- Democritus, in the section between the streets Solonos and Skoufa.
Municipality of Piraeus, from 07:00 to 14:00:
- 34th Infantry Constitution, in the section of road between Omiridou Skylitsi and El. Venizelos.
- Heroes of Athens, in the section between the street El. Venizelos and Division 2.
- B. George, in the section between the streets Nat. Resistance and Gr. Lambrakis.
