Premiere "today for heating oil
At 85-88 cents per liter is expected on Thursday the premiere of heating oil, if maintained at last year's levels of taxation, reported Tuesday at an event representatives of the Panhellenic Federation of Gas Station Owners-Dealers Fuel (POPEK).
The proposal is POPEK be reduced to 13 cents per liter (from 23 last year) taxation on heating oil with simultaneous removal of heating oil allowance. In this case, the retail price is around 75 cents per liter. Heating oil is expected to be considerably cheaper than last year (when the starting price was 1 to 1.1 euros per liter), and meanwhile fell international oil prices is expected, however, from the Ministry of Finance and the clarification of the height taxation to be imposed on fuel.
The management of POPEK highlighted the outstanding and gaps in the institutional framework that hinder the control of illegal trafficking and smuggling fuel.
