Turkey: One dead in attack on police headquarters in Gaziantep
One policeman was killed and 13 other people were injured, including nine policemen, a car bomb attack against the headquarters of the police in the city of Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey, according to security sources and the provincial governor.
Footage broadcast television network CNN Turk showed parts of a damaged vehicle near the police headquarters gate on a road where there are many other provincial government buildings.
Several ambulances and fire trucks were at the point of the explosion, which he said the correspondent of CNN Turk, was felt throughout the city. The explosion broke windows in nearby buildings.
