The Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu said today that notes some difficulties within the European Union to fulfill the terms of the agreement for immigration crisis, but expressed hope for a positive outcome of tomorrow's debates in Brussels.

"We note that there are some difficulties in the EU; towards the fulfillment of these conditions (the Turkish proposal)," said Davutoglu told reporters at Ankara airport.
