US appeals court rejected early this morning (local time) the Justice Ministry's request to immediately reinstate the anti-immigrant ordinance US President Ntolant Trump, forbidding entry to US citizens from seven countries with predominantly Muslim population and also temporarily prohibit the refugees entry.
The request for an immediate restoration of the power of the decree pending a full examination of the appeal against the suspension of the rejected, stated in the appeal court decision.
The decision added that tomorrow Monday expected a response from the Department of Justice to appeal has exercised.
The Justice Department filed the appeal a day after a federal judge in Seattle ordered the lifting of the travel ban of Trump.
