Good chance for agreement on the issue of Britain
Chances are the European leaders to reach an agreement tonight on the subject of Britain, which would allow the country to remain within the European Union, said an official from Brussels.

European leaders will meet again at 21.00 (GMT).
Because of this, the prime minister of Britain Nteivin Cameron said it would not make tonight a cabinet meeting in London. The meeting will take place "if and when an agreement is reached," he added.
