Referendum on June 23 to stay or not Britain in the EU



British Prime Minister David Cameron announced today that the referendum on staying or not Britain in the EU, will take place on June 23, 2016. Cameron met earlier, key ministers of his government in order to win their support for the agreement with EU. Cameron believes that this agreement will persuade British voters to ratify the eve of the country's largest trading bloc in the world, in a referendum is likely to take place in June.

The British prime minister, stressed that the agreement was accepted by EU leaders in Brussels, gives special status in the UK, he will conduct tough campaign to convince voters to vote in favor of leaving the country in the EU, which Britain joined in 1973.

"We will support the campaign with all my heart and soul in order to convince the British to remain in a reformed European Union," Cameron said after the agreement, which was accepted by the other 27 EU leaders.
