The presidents of Russia, Vladimir Putin and Iran, Hassan Rouhani pointed in their telephone conversation that the US aggression against Syria is unacceptable, transmits TASS Russian news agency quoted the Kremlin.
The two leaders stressed the need to conduct an objective investigation concerning the chemical weapons attack that took place last Tuesday, in Idlib province, Syria, transmits the Russian news agency RIA.
Both Putin and the Rouchani also expressed their readiness to deepen their cooperation in the fight against terrorism, to ensure stability in the Middle East, according to the Russian news agency RIA.
