Episodes in Idomeni
Incidents between refugees and the Macedonian police are underway to track the Idomeni. The Macedonian police use tear gas and stun grenades, and the refugees flying toward police stones and other objects.
From morning hundreds of refugees began to gather on the railway line in the neutral zone between Greece and FYROM. Tension began around 11:30 am, when the five-member delegation moved to the fence, the Macedonian side and attempted to negotiate with the police authorities of the neighboring country in order to allow them to cross the border and continue their journey. As there was no response to the request, approximately 500 refugees were moved to the fence on the outside of the lines followed protest, while the part of the Macedonian police launched tear gas.
As reported by Doctors Without Borders, many refugees fled to the camp clinics with respiratory problems.
