The IR obliges residents Pakala dress like the jihadists to escape bombing


The Islamic State now requires men in Rakai, the stronghold in Syria, to dress in the same outfit worn by jihadists as to encourage the latter to mix with the residents of the city, an activist claimed today.

"For more than two weeks Dae-imposed Afghan attire" (pp a long shirt that reaches to the knees and a fabric pants) told AFP Abu Mohammed, the organization "The Pakala slaughtered silently". "Whoever does not obey imprisoned and fined," he added.

The Syrian Democratic Forces, the coalition of Kurdish and Arab rebels approaching lately in Pakala, with support air operations by the international coalition battling the jihadists under US leadership.

The jihadists believe that if we all wear the same clothes "will be difficult for aircraft (international coalition) and Kurdish forces to distinguish fighters from the citizens," explained the activist.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed the existence of this new "dress code".
