Aleppo "humanity agonizing" complained 25 NGOs



Twenty-five non-governmental organizations condemned the "moral failure of the international community" while the "agonizing humanity" in Aleppo, in a joint statement released today in publicity from Gaziantep in southeastern Turkey.

"While the diplomats of the international community are meeting in Geneva, New York and in Brussels today, humanity on its last legs in Aleppo", the second largest city in Syria, denounce the 25 non-governmental organizations that provide humanitarian assistance to more than 5 million Syrians.

The first civilian and rebel groups began to distance themselves from the Partisans districts of Aleppo today, a company which will mark a vitally important victory of government forces.

The advance of government forces highlights' gap, inefficiency and moral failure of the international community "complained organizations, including the Union Rescue and Medical Care Organizations, the Amerikanosyriaki Medical Society and Syria Relief.

Nearly 1,000 people were removed from Aleppo today

Nearly 1,000 people have now been removed from the Partisans districts of Aleppo, said an army officer, while a first convoy left the area controlled by the opposition in the second largest city of Syria.

"The removal operation involved 951 people, including more than 200 rebels, as well as 108 wounded among them (and) rebels" stated the officer.

At the same time the first groups of people who fled the city of Aleppo arrived in areas under control of rebels in the western part of the province, told AFP a doctor who is in the field and the non-governmental organization Syrian Observatory for Human rights.

"Vehicles of the Red Cross and Red Crescent arrived," stated AFP Ahmed al Ntmpis, head of a team of doctors and volunteers coordinate evacuation operations near the community of Khan al-Assal, adding that the injured have been transferred to hospitals in the area.

Moreover according to the World Health Organization (WHO) 21 buses and 19 ambulances carrying civilians and wounded were from the eastern Aleppo towards the areas controlled by the opposition.
