"Deep concern" expressed today China on the latest statements of the newly elected US President, Donald Trump, showing that review the policy of one China, urging the new administration to adhere to it.
"The one China policy is the political foundation of Sino-US relations," said Foreign Ministry spokesman, Geng Shuang, during the daily press conference. He added that the steady and healthy development of Sino-US relations and cooperation in major areas will be seriously affected if undermine this foundation.
The Trump said on the show Fox News Sunday that he does not feel "bound by the policy of one China, unless making non an agreement with China that has to do with other things, including trade."
