USA: State of emergency in the city Charlotte because of disturbances
The governor of North Carolina Charlotte declared a state of emergency because of violent incidents in the city, where a man was injured by a bullet and is in "critical condition."
Governor Pat MakKrori called for the development of the National Guard and the Police of the National Roads to support local police in Charlotte, as he wrote on twitter.
For the second consecutive night, the demonstrations were marked by violent incidents between police and enraged by the death of a black from fire police crowd.
The municipal authorities said that a man was injured by a bullet and that is "under mechanical ventilation in critical condition, but not dead," after having been notified that a man killed during violent incidents "between citizens".

The incidents began when hundreds of protesters smashed windows and threw objects at the security forces, which have used diakrygonon, according to the journalist.
The reason for the anger of the protesters is the death of Keith Lamont Scott, black 43 years. According to police, Scott mortally wounded by a bullet when he refused to leave his gyrating. People of his entourage instead say they held but a book.
In place of lethal gathered representatives of religious communities, members of organizations defending human rights and residents.
The weapon is "a lie," he told AFP neighbor Scott.
"They removed the book and replaced it with a revolver. This man sitting here every day waiting for the school bus's son, "he said.
The death of Keith Lamont Scott, the last of a series of similar incidents in the US, caused a first protest of residents from Tuesday night. However, the initially peaceful protest followed violent incidents in which 16 members of the security forces were wounded, according to police and an unknown number of demonstrators.
