Violent clashes in North. Carolina after African-American murder by police


At least 12 policemen were injured during last night in clashes between demonstrators and the forces of order in Charlotte, North Carolina, after the death of an African-American who was shot and killed by a policeman also African-American.

Local media and sources in the police said that it has also undetermined number injured demonstrators.

The reason for the attacks was the murder of Keith Lamont Scott, 43 years old. Protesters gathered near the spot where the man he shot, holding placards with slogans such as "The lives of black count" and shouting the slogan "Without justice there is no peace."

According to police Scott was holding a gun when he approached a group of policemen in a city parking. The mayor of Charlotte Jennifer Roberts promised that an investigation will be conducted for the actions of the police Brentlei Vinson, who joined the body in 2014. "The community is entitled to answers and will pursue a full investigation," he said in Twitter, adding, in the next post, that "itself wants answers".
