The Agiant Al-Tzoumaili, the man considered to be the second in command of the administration after the Islamic State leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed, as reported today by the Iraqi state television citing the Iraqi army intelligence.
The Tzoumaili killed along with other IR commanders in an air strike carried out by the Iraqi air forces in al-Khaimah, close to the border with Syria, according to Iraqi television that was not mentioned in detail.
