The Christian Union (CDU / CSU) and Social Democrats (SPD) agreed on the content of a thorough reform of the BND, as reported by Clemens Biningker (CDU) and the Bourkcharnt Liska (SPD), the responsible members of the two parties , the radio station RBB.
