G-20: Ink blocked at the hotel due to protests

The Trabana Ink is blocked at the hotel where she lives in Hamburg, due to the many G20 demonstrations taking place in the city, her spokesman said, and a source adjacent to the US delegation.

"So far we have not received police leave to leave the hotel," said the spokesman at the German DPA agency. A source adjacent to the US delegation to the G20 has confirmed the information.G-20:

What does Ink in Hamburg do?

As Trabana Ink accompanies her husband on his trip to Hamburg for the G20 summit at the weekend, part of her program may cause her some embarrassment, writes Newsweek.

Ink together with the other G20 leaders will accompany Chancellor Angela Merkel's queen, Quantum Chemistry Professor Joachim Zaer, on a city tour that includes a visit to a top center of climate change research. The First Ladies will visit the German Climate Computing Center (DKRZ), which provides tools and services for scrutinizing climate change scenarios.

What's the problem with Ink? The visit to the research center takes place during our summit, where the views of the US and other G20 countries are diametrically opposite in addressing climate change.

The Summit agenda underlines the crucial role of the G20 in favor of the UN Climate Agreement reached in Paris in 2015. However, Trab has announced that the US is withdrawing from the deal. Chancellor Merkel was disappointed with this development by saying, "We can not wait until the last man on Earth is convinced of scientific proof of climate change."

However, Melanie and Zaer are believed to find a common place, silencing their disagreement, in the eyes of the world.

Other stations of the city tour include Hamburg Harbor, the concert center, the 19th-century town hall.

Newsweek points out that both Trabant Ink and Joachim Zaer are somewhat more distant from their role.

The First Lady of the United States is different in its predecessors: she did not live in the White House until June, while Ivan's daughter Trab from a previous marriage, Ivanka, plays a more important role in the presidency than the children of the previous presidents.

Sawyer accompanied Merkel only on last year's trip to Japan for the G7 summit and did not even attend his first oath by watching the TV ceremony in his workshop.
