President Obama declares that there is no convergence of views with Russia regarding Syria
US President Barack Obama said today that the only request area between the United States and Russia regarding Syria is to prevent accidental collisions between aircraft of both air forces carried out attacks in the war zone, but there are differences between the two forces on issues in principle and strategies that will lead to peace.
Obama said at a press conference - after meeting with South Korean President Park Geun-hye - that the Syrian Civil War is a magnet for extremists and the only way to end war is to achieve a political solution that will lead to the formation a legitimate government wide representation.
