Bulgaria, Serbia and Romania today announced they will close their borders if Germany or other countries do the same to stop the entry of refugees and migrants in their territory, warning that it will not allow the Balkan region to become a neutral Zone enclave immigrants.

The Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov announced the decision after meeting with his counterparts from Serbia and Romania to the capital Sofia in view of the planned, tomorrow's mini-EU summit on the refugee crisis.

"The three countries, we are ready, if Germany and Austria closed their borders, not allow to convert our countries into neutral zones. We will be ready to close our borders, "said Borisov told reporters.

The European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker convene a mini Summit bringing together some European leaders tomorrow Sunday to address the refugee crisis in the Western Balkans, where thousands of refugees and migrants seeking to reach in Germany trapped in extreme conditions.

The European Commission said in a statement Wednesday that Juncker has called to participate in the meeting Heads of State or Governments of Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and representatives of organizations involved in managing the crisis.

The objective of mini-session will be to find "common operational measures that could be directly applied."

Refugees and immigrants have catalyze the streets in the western Balkans in bad weather after the closure of the Hungarian border with Serbia and Croatia, which has caused a chain reaction in other countries facing refugee flows.
