The European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said that at tomorrow's mini EU summit refugee crisis wants EU leaders to be involved to reach a short-term measures to tackle the crisis in the western Balkans.
The Juncker has called on EU leaders from the Balkans and the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel, whose country accepts more refugees than all other EU countries, for tomorrow talks Sunday.
"We will discuss operational solutions are urgently required to address this humanitarian crisis and decide on short-term measures," said Juncker in the German publishing group Funke, to whom belongs the Hamburger Abendblatt.
"We need more cooperation and agreement among the countries of the region to tackle the situation," said Juncker.
