Foreign US ministers, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Turkey failed to dampen their differences over the fate of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad during the discussions held yesterday in Vienna, stressing however that it can make a new meeting in a week , into a new round of negotiations to end the Syrian civil war.
