The Slovenian border crossing Sentili this morning are around 3,500 refugees frozen and nervous, because Austrian border police do not get to go, gave the Slovenian media.

In international -mainly German SMUs published in recent days testimonies of very difficult and inhuman conditions and behaviors, which are exposed migrants to cities Brezitse and Ntompova as the Athens Press Agency reported.

On this issue today publish reportage journalists, who from the beginning of the week were found to refugees, police, activists of non-governmental, humanitarian organizations are both more traffic Slovenian newspaper "del" and "Dnevnik".

Their findings are common: the so-called "mapping" of refugees, which is interpreted compliance with the Schengen provisions do not make sense, because it relies on information provided by immigrants who have no documents because they recorded only a percentage of arrivals and all promoted anyway in refugee centers within Slovenia or Austria.

The journalist of the newspaper "Del", who visited the refugee center in Ntompova, ie the former textile factory, which led thousands of weary and frightened people argues that some aspects can one agree with the assessment concerned non-governmental organization, which he described the prime minister of Slovenia, Miro Cerar Ntompova as a "concentration camp".

People sleeping outside the building because of the unbearable stench, have no access to toilets and pushed to get food, for fear they will be left hungry, stressed the publication.

As regards the conduct of the police, the journalist says he is nervous, because work overtime up to 12 hours, but that is no excuse for the fact that there are many who do it out loud "xenophobic, rude comments."

The journalist of "Dnevnik" also describes the situation in the new "refugee reception center" on the border with Croatia, where a large number of police officers with special equipment and weapons guarding the enclosure in which there are many thousands of refugees.

"The policemen waving the baton, the interpreter speakerphone calls people to be patient because there will come a turn for the transport, buses are coming. But this is a lie, because the bus has space for all and nervousness intensified" stressed in the publication.

In moments of tension refugees shout: "We want to leave" and police batons to hit the fence. At the time of leaving some refugees are crumbling, falling down to the ground and the rest go through near or over them. A young miraculously survived, but it is a matter of time when there will be a victim, said one policeman. Number of people passed over it, the press and the young man lost consciousness, but returned.

Slovenian Group non-governmental and humanitarian organizations sent a letter of protest to the Prime Minister of Slovenia, Miro Cerar about the conditions in some centers refugees caused considerable concern and warned will file a lawsuit to the European Court of Human Rights.

The NGO group stated that the conditions are unbearable in towns on the border with Croatia, Rigkontse, Brezitse, Ntompova and city Sentili border with Austria.

Interior Minister Vesna Gjorge Znintar said the situation is not ideal, but added that all those dealing with refugees every possible effort to remedy the situation.

He reiterated that Slovenia is a small country with limited capacity and has no experience in this field.

The government is currently looking for new accommodation facilities for the most vulnerable groups, as winter approaches, he added.

Non-governmental and humanitarian organizations stress the letter of protest to the Slovenian Prime Minister that refugees can not move freely and seek to immediately ensure humane treatment of refugees and maintaining the standards of protection of human rights.

They think that the current situation can be even inhuman and degrading treatment, which is prohibited by the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and point out that the European Court has already ruled against Italy because of a similar situation.

The group of NGOs even warns Miro Cerar that continued reporting of aspects of safety does not help in conducting a calm debate, but increases the sense of fear among the Slovenes and generates hate speech.

The safety of refugees is actually at risk, highlight the Slovenian section of Amnesty International, Greenpeace Slovenia and Humanitas organizations Peace Institute, Slovenian Philanthropy, the organization Kliouts and others.
