Moscow: Unacceptable military violence in Syria without the approval of Damascus
Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Riampkof said today that no country may use military force in Syria without first having obtained the agreement of the Syrian government, reported the news agency TASS.
According to the same source, the Riampkof replied to a question about the prospect of entry into the US onshore business in Syria.
"The question of the use of military force in any form without the agreement of Damascus, for us is unacceptable," news agency reported that said Riampkof, according to the Athens agency.
A few days ago, the American Defense Secretary, Ashton Carter, announced before the Senate starting land US military operations in Syria and Iraq against the jihadists of the Islamic State, while at the same time two US officials, under anonymity, told Reuters that Washington plans to send a group of special forces in Syria and Apache helicopters in Iraq.
Officials were quick to clarify, however, that the special forces deployed in Syria will have an advisory role and will instruct dissidents in the battle against jihadists.
